Measurements and Sizes

All measurements and sizes are approximate as are the conversions of measurements from metric to imperial.

Prices

Prices are subject to alteration without notice, although we will attempt to update our price lists as soon as possible after an alteration is made. Please check at the time of ordering.

Payment

All orders are subject to our terms and conditions. If payment is not received in full, or is forthcoming and then withdrawn, the goods remain the property of Coromandel Crafts Ltd. In the event of our having to take legal action to recover debts, the debtor will be held responsible for all costs incurred in the
collection of such debts. In any event we will not be liable for more than the total amount of the original invoice.

Delay

Delivery of fabric will normally be within 5-10 working days and delivery of finished products will normally be within 30 days after receipt of payment. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party through reasonable or unavoidable delay. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Damage To Goods

Our responsibility for goods shall cease upon delivery and thereupon all risk passes to the customer. Notification of any claim must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods and in the absence of such notice, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods supplied without qualification.

Liability
